Janine Ballow Janine returns for her fourth year season at the Clublink Academy at Glen Abbey. A graduate from QueenÀs University, she was previously the Head Professional at the Greens at Renton in Simcoe Ontario for a total of 3 years. Janine began her professional career at the Amherstview Golf Club in Kingston, ON in 1993. She then moved on to St. GeorgeÀs Golf Club where she spent 2 years before joining the Clublink Academy at Glen Abbey as a full-time teaching professional in 1999. As an amateur Reggie was recognized as one of the best players in Canada. He was a member of the RCGA National Team and competed in events all over the world. Peter attended Southwest Missouri State University on a golf scholarship, and has been a member of the CPGA since 1986. Nick was also chosen as an individual to the Division II Regional Championship in his senior year. He has attended the Canadian Tour Q-school, and played on the Great Lakes Tour. Nick, competent in a variety of sports and played a competitive levels, is dedicated to his career as a golf coach. His training will lead him to be proficient in all aspects of golf performance, including equipment selection, swing mechanics, fitness, and mastering the mental challenges of the game of golf. SHAWN CLEMENT The Director of the Golf Learning Centre, Shawn Clement, has been teaching and coaching golf since 1987, and is now on the top 25 list of CPGA Teachers in Canada as rated by Score Golf Magazine in September 2007. Shawn trains and plays from both the right and left side of the ball. He has qualified and played events in several professional tours, such as the Canadian Tour and US Mini Tours, with a set of clubs consisting of seven right-hand and seven left-handed clubs in the same bag. This is the combination he used to qualify first in the 1999 CPGA Playing Ability Test in Montreal. This experience has been invaluable in teaching his students how to truly maximize their technique and potential on the golf course, whether they play right-handed or left-handed. In addition to his personal coaching, Shawn also shares his expertise with a wider audience of golfers. Shawn has been a regular contributing instruction editor with Golf Tips Magazine since 2000. He has also contributed to numerous other publications, including Fairways and Score Golf Magazines, and is one of the first Canadian golf teaching professionals to appear on the Golf Channel's "Academy Live" program. It does not stop there: He has studied nutrition through the "Energy First" program for sustained focus during play, and fitness to make sure his students are in the right fitness program. He has worked with Sports Psychologist Bob Rotella and Peak Performance specialist Bob Palmer to help his students keep the right perspective and the right frame of mind. And of course Shawn has worked alongside some of the very best golf teachers, doctors, and neurologists, to make sure he has a full grasp of the proper fundamentals and teaching techniques available. Sean DeSilva, General Manager Sean was hired by Coppinwood in September of 2004 and was the first employee to work on the property. Since that date, Sean has played an instrumental role in overseeing all construction, grow in, opening, and the continued success of Coppinwood. Sean has been in the golf course industry for 20 years and has worked at and helped develop some of Canada's finest golf courses such as Beacon Hall, The Diamond "in the Ruff" and Taboo. Sean is very involved in the golf course industry and was the Chairman of the 2006 Ontario Golf Course Management Conference and Trade Show and is a Past President of the Ontario Golf Course Superintendents' Association.

Scott Pratt, Golf Course Superintendent Scott is a graduate of Penn State University and has 15 years experience working at some of the finest golf clubs in North America. Scott was previously employed as the Assistant Superintendent at Coppinwood and was involved since the beginning of construction in 2005. Prior to his tenure at Coppinwood, Scott was the Assistant Superintendent at TPC at Sawgrass, and Reflection Bay. He was involved in the preparation for major tournaments such as The Players Championship and Wendy's Three Tour Challenge.

Steve Green CPGA, Associate Professional Steve joined the CPGA in 1993. As an Apprentice he spent his first season at Sleepy Hollow Country Club before moving on to Thornhill Country Club where he spent 9 seasons, 4 as the Associate Professional. After a brief stint with Acushnet Canada in 2003, he spent 2004 and 2005 as the Associate Golf Professional at Eagles Nest Golf Club.

Joseph DiClemente, Membership Director Prior to Coppinwood, Joseph worked at two of Canada's premiere golf facilities Ð Magna Golf Club in Aurora and Eagles Nest Golf Club in Maple. He was part of the opening day team at each and played an integral role in their start-up and growth; and from each, brings a customer focused mindset. Joseph's experience and skills span the areas of Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales, having held positions as Golf Operations Supervisor, Assistant Golf Professional, Tournament Coordinator, and Event & Corporate Golf Sales.

Steve Wilson, Head Golf Professional Steve joined the CPGA in 1996 after a successful career in Food Service Management and Sales. After completing his apprenticeship, he was named Director of Golf at the Carlisle Golf and Country Club where he remained until 2004. Following a short engagement at Royal Woodbine, Steve came to Coppinwood as an Associate Professional in 2007, and was awarded the position of Head Golf Professional in 2008.

Andy Holborn, Teaching Professional As a CPGA certified, TCCP level IV instructor, Andy brings a wealth of instructional experience to the professional staff at Coppinwood. Upon graduation from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2001 (Hon. BA, . Kinesiology), Andy joined the CPGA and worked at the Briars Golf Club for two years. After a one-year stint at Bayview Country Club, he returned to the Briars as a Class ÔA' member of the association before moving to Toronto and a tenure at the Mandarin in 2007. As a member of both the Ontario PGA Tour and the Great Lakes Tour, Andy has established himself as one of the premier professional players in Ontario, winning the 2005 OPGA Fall Championship, 2006 OPGA Spring Championship, 2007 OPGA Match-Play Championship, and most recently the 2008 OPGA Assistant's Team Championship.

Frank returns to the GTA, where he previously served as an Associate Golf Professional at St Andrew's East Golf Club in Stouffville "Frank has an excellent history of managing golf operations at one of Niagara's premiere semi-private golf clubs. He is devoted to the game of golf and is committed to providing the best possible golfing experience to our guests". Frank brings to Deer Creek Golf Clubs a thirteen year love of golf and the people who play the game. Growing up in Scarborough, he learned to play golf at the age of eighteen and by the time he was 21, he had acquired his CPGA Professional status while continuing his academics at Seneca College. Bob Pelletier CPGA Assistant Professional Bobby joins the Deer Creek team of established Professional as the Assistant Manager and Golf Instructor at The Deer Creek Academy. Bobby was born and raised in Niagara Falls and has spent most of his golf career at a well established semi-private facility. Bobby turned professional at the age of 20 and has had a very successful golf career so far. Some of his highlights include: representing Canada in Scotland at the World Jr. Golf Cup in 1997, 1st place Ontario Jr. Better Ball in 1999, 1st place Ontario Jr. Champion of Champions in 2000, 1st place Ontario College Athletic Association provincial championships in 2002 and also won two Niagara Professional events in 2004. Bobby is an accomplished golf instructor having taught many individual lessons as well as numerous golf clinics. Bobby has spent countless hours attending Seminars furthering his knowledge of the golf swing as well as completing all CPGA Instructional workshops. Bobby has graduated from the Professional Golf Management program while attending Niagara College. Cameron P. Carty Cameron has been a member of the Canadian Professional Golfers' Association for just under ten years and has worked within the golf industry, in numerous and various capacities, for eighteen years. With experience working at both private and public facilities, and, having worked with and for numerous class ÔA' professionals, Cameron has taken these experiences to develop his own unique instruction style. Thus, it is Cameron's belief that an instructor must provide an engaging and safe environment for the student/client to learn within and the student/client must take the responsibility to learn the aspects of the game to the best of their ability. Stressing the key fundamentals associated with the biomechanics of the sport and linking these concepts to the actual Ôplaying' aspects of the game it is Cameron's hope that he can challenge the student/client to reach their highest potential by fostering and encouraging the learning process. Bradlee Ryall Lionhead Instructor Bradlee is a Class "A" CPGA Professional and has one of the highest Pedigree's possible. He has trained and studied for three years at the David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate in Orlando, Florida and has taught golf at some of the worlds greatest golfing destinations. The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, The Punta Cana Golf and Beach Resort, and the Sheraton Pine Cliffs in the Algarve, Portugal are all places he has taught at and worked professionally. In 2006 Bradlee was names Head Teaching Professional of Five Star Plus Golf Academies, which runs golf schools in Europe, Dubai, and South Africa. Over the past few years Bradlee has also asserted himself as one of the top playing professionals in Ontario. As a member of the Great Lakes Tour he has enjoyed success with many top ten finishes and several Pro-am Victories. In 2007 his summer was highlighted by appearing on the cover of Score Golf Magazine and having the opportunity to write a four page instruction article.
