Chateau Cartier Hotel & Golf Resort, Aylmer, Quebec, Canada BVHG is part of the ownership group and manages this elegant 129-room French Chateau styled hotel, with its conference center and 18-hole championship golf course situated on 125 acres in the charming town of Aylmer, within minutes of Ottawa, Canada's capital city.

Pelican Pointe Golf & Country Club, Venice, Florida BVHG is part of the ownership group and manages this 27-hole semi-private golf club in the Pelican Ponte residential community of Venice, Florida.

Swan Lake Resort, Plymouth, Indiana BVHG provides management services for this 500 acre resort in Northern Indiana. The resort consists of two 18 hole championship golf courses, a five hole practice course, a nine hole executive course, an all weather golf practice facility, 92 guest rooms, 33,000 sq. ft. of meeting and convention space, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and three restaurants.

Stonehaven Country Club, Sainte Agathe, Quebec BVHG is part of the ownership group and is providing development services and will manage the 500-acre resort and surrounding 270-unit residential community, golf course and spa. The first phase consisting of the spa and spa guest rooms opened in July, 2004.

Kinnitty Castle, Kinnitty Ollafy County, Ireland BVHG has been engaged to provide management services for this historic castle in Central Ireland. The property consists of 37 rooms and suites and is being expanded by and additional 27 keys. Kinnitty Castle offers aÊ range of recreational amenities including equestrian, archery, falconry and a full service spa.

Vista Palace, Monte Carlo BVHG is providing development, marketing and management services for the conversion of this hotel to 60 luxury right to use fractional interests. Planning is in process with construction expected to begin in early 2006. SunSpree Holiday Inn, Orlando, Florida BVHG provides management services for the institutional owner of this 507-room hotel in Orlando.

Terrace Hotel, Lakeland, Florida BVHG provided development services during renovations and now manages for a private ownership group this 88-room historically significant lodging property in downtown Lakeland. The project opened March, 1999.

Projects Under Development

TPC Ð Cancun, Cancun, Mexico BVHG is part of the ownership group and is providing development services and will manage the golf club consisting of 36 holes of golf. One course is designed by Nick Price and the other by Tom Fazio. Both courses are licensed by the as Tournament Player Courses. The surrounding gated residential community will have 1100 homes.

PGA International Resort, Serre, Italy BVHG is part of the ownership and is providing development services for the residential golf resort and will manage the project upon completion. The project includes an 18-hole championship golf course, resort accommodations and approximately 100 residential villas. The project will be completed in 2007 and will be branded as a PGA International Resort under BVHG's exclusive license with the PGA (UK).

Holiday Villas, Sofia Bulgaria BVHG has been engaged to provide development services for a 200 unit gated residential community in the Capitol of Bulgaria. The project will be primarily be directed to foreign diplomats and professionals that are being relocated to the area. Construction of the infrastructure should begin prior to the end of 2005

Regency Suites Resort, Orlando, Florida BVHG is providing development services and will manage the 326 unit Hotel Condominium project, featuring 640 sq ft executive suites and 1050 sq ft two bedrooms, 2 baths residences. Construction will start in the first quarter of 2006.

Bavaro Beach Club, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic BVHG is developing this championship 18-hole golf course and related beach club and will manage the project upon completion which is scheduled for late 2005. Senet de Marina BVHG is providing development services for this 150 hectare residential golf community in Senet, Spain. The project's planning began in Feb. 05. Construction of the golf course and infrastructure for the 1200 unit community is scheduled to begin in early '06. BVHG will manage the development process and market the Òfor saleÓ units and on-going golf club operations. This project will be branded as a PGA International Resort under BVHG's exclusive license with the PGA (UK).

Cullera, Spain BVHG is providing development services for this 400 hectare residential golf community in Cullera, Spain. The project's planning began in Feb. 05. Construction of the two golf courses and infrastructure for the 3500 residential units is scheduled for the second quarter of '06. BVHG will manage the development process and market the Òfor saleÓ units and on-going club operations. This project will be branded as a PGA International Resort under BVHG's exclusive license with the PGA (UK).

Estivilla, Spain BVHG is providing development services for this 500 hectare residential golf community in Estivilla, Spain. The project's planning began in Feb. 05. Construction of the three golf courses and infrastructure for the 2500 residential units and commercial areas is scheduled for the third quarter of '06. BVHG will manage the development process and market the Òfor saleÓ units and on-going club operations. This project will be branded as a PGA International Resort under BVHG's exclusive license with the PGA (UK).

Alzera, Spain BVHG is providing development services for this 175 hectare residential golf community if Alsera, Spain. The project's planning began in Feb. 05. Construction of the golf course and infrastructure for the 800 residential units is scheduled for the fourth quarter of '06. BVHG will manage the development process and market the Òfor saleÓ units and on-going club operations. This project will be branded as a PGA International Resort under BVHG's exclusive license with the PGA (UK).

Tustica Resort, Croatia BVHG is providing development services for the 1000 hectare resort community on the Adriatic Sea near Zadar, Croatia. The project's planning began in mid-2004 and construction is scheduled to begin in late 2005. BVHG is part of the overall development team headed by the Texas based Blackard Group and will have specific responsibilities for the golf and resort aspects. This project will be branded as a PGA International Resort under BVHG's exclusive license with the PGA (UK).

Vetreria Pauly, Venice, Italy BVHG is providing development, marketing and management services for the conversion of the Vetreria Pauly glass building into 52 luxury right to use fractional interests. Planning is in process with construction expected to begin in mid-2006.

Bella Vista Italian Village Resort & Plaza, Orlando, Florida BVHG is providing development services and management services for a premier condo-hotel in Orlando. A total of 180 one, two and three bedroom luxurious, first class condominium units set within an elegant Italian village. Construction is to begin in 2006.

Savernake Club, Wiltshire, England BVHG is providing development services and will own a joint venture interest in the leasehold estate of this 400-acre project owned by the Earl of Cardigan. The development's golf course, accommodations and meetings facilities will be for the use of major corporations located in the area. BVHG will manage the project upon completion as one of its PGA International Resorts. Completion is scheduled for late 2007.

Toscana Village, Orlando, Florida BVHG is providing development services and will manage this 260 unit condo-hotel in Orlando. Construction is to begin in mid-2006 with completion in early 2008.

Battle Creek Golf Club, located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, is a 1200-acre master planned golf community designed by renowned architect, Bland Pittman.Ê Upon completion there will be over 800 homesites.Ê The course measures over 7200 yards long, with a picturesque view of downtown Tulsa.Ê Buffalo Golf Group was hired in November of 1996 to oversee the complete start up of the new operation.Ê Buffalo Golf Group is in charge of the entire operation from golf shop, food and beverage, and maintenance of the course.Ê Under the superior guidance of Buffalo Golf Group, Battle Creek Golf Club has continued to meet and exceed round and revenue projections and has become the finest upscale public course in the Tulsa metro area. Peoria Ridge Golf Club, located in Miami, OK and owned by the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma.Ê Buffalo Golf Group was hired in September of 1998 to oversee the construction of the course, clubhouse, driving range, and start up and staffing of the facility.Ê Buffalo Golf Group implemented all policies and procedures for the operation through the end of the original contract in September of 2001.
