Geoff Mangum's PuttingZone Academies Expanding into Europe

Geoff Mangum of the PuttingZone, golf putting coach for elite players, announces the expansion of his Master Putting Academies into Europe. Working in association with Yorkshire, England, based Peter Smith and the PuttingZone Ltd., Mangum is partnering with top European PGA teachers to offer his putting instruction as a specialty component to supplement conventional golf instruction.

Teachers certified to offer PuttingZone Academy instructional programs will offer the highest level of putting tuition in exclusive sites throughout European cities, backed by coaching and marketing support, research and development activities, equipment and training aids selection and procurement, continuing education, and the latest in technology for putters, training aids, and learning and teaching systems. Mangum will be visiting Yorkshire, England, and Hamburg, Germany, in advance of the 2005 European PGA Teaching and Coaching Conference held at the end of September in Munich. Mangum is the featured putting instructor speaking at the Munich Conference, along with top swing gurus Hank Haney and David Leadbetter.

In Yorkshire and Hamburg, Mangum will be meeting with European PGA instructors interested in incorporating the PuttingZone teaching modules in their regular golf businesses. Mangum will be in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, September 14-16, and then will be in Hamburg, Germany, September 17-19, meeting with pros and conducting teaching clinics.

Mangum's PuttingZone techniques are based on over 15 years of intense research into the neuroscience of brain and body processes for targeting and movement during putting, combined with the most extensive research and analysis of existing putting lore in golf history. The "Mechanics of Instinct" approach includes numerous highly effective techniques for reading putts, aiming the putter and the setup, performing a straight stroke with optimal biomechanics, and controlling the distance of the putt. These techniques are soundly based in human neurophysiology, and yet are not commonly known by even the best golfers in the game. Elite professional golfers benefit dramatically when taught these techniques. But long experience or great skill in golf is not a prerequisite to learning and benefiting from these techniques. Even beginning or novice golfers can easily learn and apply the "Mechanics of Instinct" to transform their putting in short order.
