The Ladies European Tour stops in Olso for the Ladies Norwegian Masters, at the Oslo Golfklubb (Aug. 1 - 4, 2002). Norway, on the western edge of the Scandinavian Penninsula west of Sweden, lies just north of Denmark, with Oslo on the east coast. Recently host to the Lillehammer Winter Olympics, Norway is the spiritual home of the Viking explorers and the Norse gods. Aftenposten Nettutgaven, Sports - Norway hosts 'historic' golf tournament.
